OK, kids. If you want a good picture of just how much sugar you are eating when you chow down on your favorite foods, have a look at this link. And while you’re looking remember this: We should have no more than 5 or six teaspoons of sugar (five or six cubes) at each meal. Are you getting too much of a good thing? If you click the link, you see how much sugar is in every-day foods, by the size of the pyramid. I like a little sugar, but some people eat nothing BUT sugar – which of course is not the best idea.

Yeah I dont eat that much sugar thats a lot but it looks good . I hope that I wont eat that much in the future. My favourite thing to eat would be ice cream with nice fresh berries good for you and tasty toooooooooooooooo!!!
